Will my candle look exactly like the product photograph?
We make every reasonable effort to represent products accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting and device settings.
Handcrafted candles may also have minor variations in colour, texture, dimensions, wax finish and placement of decorative elements.
Are decorative or dessert-inspired candles edible?
No. All candles and their decorative elements are strictly non-edible, even when they resemble fruit, flowers, desserts or other food items.

Are all candles scented?
No. Fragrance availability depends on the product and selected variation. Please review the product description and options before ordering.
Can I cancel an order?
Cancellation may be possible before the order has been processed or dispatched.

Are your candles handcrafted?
Many of our candles are handcrafted or produced in small batches with close attention to their shape, colour, fragrance and finishing.
Because of this process, every piece may have small variations that make it beautifully individual.
Are small marks, bubbles or frosting considered defects?
Minor wax marks, bubbles, frosting, colour variation and slight surface irregularities are natural characteristics of handcrafted candles and are not ordinarily considered defects.
If your candle arrives broken, severely melted, leaking or otherwise unusable, please contact us with photographs.
What wax and wick materials are used?
The materials used may vary between products. Please check the relevant product page for available information about the wax, wick, fragrance and container.

Why does the fragrance smell different from what I expected?
Fragrance perception is personal and can be affected by room size, ventilation, temperature and individual sensitivity.
